Mrs. Florence Camille Mahorney, wife of Zach M. Mahorney, died Saturday evening at half-past 8 o'clock after a brief illness with pneumonia.  She was one of the leaders in this Methodist church circles in this city for many years and was likewise prominent in social affairs.  Her illness lasted only one week and for several hours prior to her death she was kept alive by artificial means.  She was born at Port Jefferson, Ohio, February 18, 1841, and was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kirt Hathaway.  Five days ago, she passed her sixty-sixth birthday.  On account of the very serious illness of Mr. Mahorney, her body will be removed to the home of D.N. Morgan on east Main street on Tuesday morning.  From ten in the morning until one anyone desiring to view the remains may do so.  The funeral will be conducted by Rev. E. D. Smith, pastor of the First Methodist church, assisted by Rev. S.P. Colvin of Mulberry.  The interment will take place at Oak Hill cemetery.   Mrs. Mahorney came to this city when she was quite young and has resided here ever since.  She married Mr. Mahorney March 24, 1857.  There are five children.  They are Mrs. C.E. Rankin of Grand Rapids, Mich.; James Mahorney of Bloomington, Ill., Edgar Mahorney, of Toledo, and Harry Mahorney and Frank Mahorney of this city.  So serious is Mr. Mahorney's illness that he does not know of her death.- thanks to Kim H
